FAN8200 /FAN8200D/FAN8200MTC/FAN8200MP are monolithic integrated circuits designed for two-phase stepper motor drive systems. It has two H-bridge drivers vertical PNP power transistors. Each bridge has an independent enable pin, so it can be used in other applications as well as stepper motor drive systems.
