Open Detection: On-state Diagnostic Condition: VON OFF-STATE DIAGNOSTIC CONDITIONS: VOUT > 3 V (typ); at low GND disconnected any kind of load. If input = high, then VOUTVIN - VIN(T+). Since VGND > 0, there is no VST = low signal available.
