CPC1008N is a normally open 4-pin SOP OptoMOS relay
The CPC1008N is a miniature, low voltage, low voltage on-resistance, unipolar, normally open (1-Form-A) solid state relay in a 4-pin SOP package. It provides 1500Vrms input/output isolation with IXYS Integrated Circuits Division's patented, optically coupled, OptoMOS architecture. Using the state-of-the-art dual-mode vertical construction package from IXYS Integrated Circuits Division, the CPC1008N is one of the smallest relays in the world. It is ideal for replacing larger, less reliable reeds and electromechanical relays.
