Panasonic's "Soft PGS" is the ideal Thermal Interface Material (TIM) solution. The Soft PGS design uses a high compression material to reduce thermal contact resistance on rough surfaces in extremely tight spaces. Soft-PGS can be cut into different IGBT package shapes according to customized requirements, and has high reliability and good thermal stability in thermally sensitive areas, which can prolong the service life of the power module and improve its performance. Panasonic's Soft PGS uses a "one- to two-step installation" process that is easy to operate and requires far less labor and installation costs than thermal paste.
