Diode's PI3EQX1002E / PI3EQX1004E Linear ReDrivers? Image Diode's PI3EQX1002E and PI3EQX1004E are high-power, 1-port and 2-port Linear ReDrivers, respectively, compatible with USB 3.1 Gen 2, 10 Gbps, and backward compatible with USB 3.1 Gen 1, 5 Gbps. The device offers programmable equalization and flat gain to optimize performance over a variety of physical media by reducing inter-symbol interference (ISI). Supports two 100Ω differential CML data I/Os between the protocol ASIC and the switch fabric over the cable, or extends the signal over other long-distance data paths on the user platform. The integrated equalization circuit provides flexibility for the signal integrity of the signal before the ReDriver. Each channel operates completely independently of the channel's input signal to determine if the output is valid. ReDrivers also feature automatic receiver detection.
