STMicroelectronics' M95M04-DR SPI EEPROM Image STMicroelectronics' M95M04-DR SPI EEPROM enables design engineers to expand parameter and calibration tables for smarter software and an improved user experience. This 4 Mbit device with an SPI interface runs at 10 MHz and maintains a short programming time of 5 ms while increasing the page size to 512 bytes. Four million erase/write cycles per byte and a total of one billion cycles per device also contribute to flexible and dense data logging capabilities. The M95M04-DR device has the advantage of high reliability certification and offers engineering samples for SO8N, TSSOP and WLCSP options.
