NJR (New Japan Radio) Image of the NJU7755x series of operational amplifiers NJR Corporation/NJRC's NJU77550, NJU77551, NJU77552 and NJU77554 are single, dual and quad rail-to-rail input and output single-supply operational amplifiers with 50 μA (typ) per amplifier ), a wide gain bandwidth of 1.7 MHz, and a slew rate of 0.8 V/μs. The 1.8 V single-supply operating voltage facilitates energy-efficient designs. They are best for battery devices that require low power. Low input bias current makes the NJU7755x family suitable for photodiode amplifiers, piezoelectric sensors, smoke detectors, and other applications with high impedance applications. Rail-to-rail inputs and outputs allow the device to be used in a variety of applications such as audio amplifiers, high-side current sensing, active filters, buffering, and more. High EMI immunity reduces malfunctions caused by RF noise from cell phones and other electronic equipment, while overvoltage input protection that allows input voltages (recommended: V-+5.5 V) to exceed positive supply voltages is ideal for hardened industrial applications. The NJU7755x series guarantees a supply voltage of 1.8 V to 5.5 V from a single supply, making it ideal for low voltage applications. In addition, the operating temperature range is extended to -55°C to +125°C, allowing the op amp to be used in harsh environments with large temperature variations. The NJU77550 and NJU77551 are available in 5-pin SC-88A and SOT-23-5 packages. The NJU77552 is available in 8-pin SOP8, MSOP8 (TVSP8) (JEDEC MO-187-DA/Slim) and DFN8-U1 (ESON8-U1) packages. The NJU77554 is available in SSOP14 package.
