ESP32 Basic Core IoT Development Kit
M5Stack's development kit enables users to explore extremely fast IoT prototyping methods
Image of the M5Stack ESP32 Basic Core IoT Development Kit (click to enlarge) M5Stack's ESP32 starter kit includes a modular, stackable, expandable and portable device powered by the ESP-32 core, making it open source, low cost and full Function. The kit also gives users easy control over the product development phases, including circuit design, PCB design, software, mold design and production. This basic kit is the ideal starter kit for exploring the Internet of Things with fully functional resources.
M5Stack's development board is the ideal solution for users looking for rapid prototyping of IoT solutions. Unlike other development boards, this development board has high production availability. It comes with an industrial-grade enclosure and an ESP32-based development board. The ESP32 is a Wi-Fi and Bluetooth® hybrid chip with dual cores and 4 MB of SPI flash. With over 30 M5Stack stackable modules (M5Modules-link), over 40 scalable units (M5Units-link) and different levels of programming languages, users can quickly create and validate their IoT products. Supported development platforms and programming languages include Arduino, Blockly language with UIFlow (link), and Micropython. Regardless of the user's programming skill level, M5Stack guides them through all steps from ideation to final product.
The ESP32 is an ideal upgrade to the ESP8266. The ESP32 offers more GPIO, analog inputs, two analog outputs, and additional peripherals including an alternate UART. The basic kit of the M5Stack consists of two detachable parts. The top contains the processor, chip, and other socket components. The bottom includes a lithium battery, MBus (link) socket, and expandable pins on both sides.
