MT7201C+ 1.2A built-in power tube LED constant current driver
MT7201C+ is a continuous current mode step-down constant current driver chip. It can be effectively used to drive one or more LEDs in series when the input voltage is higher than the LED voltage. The input voltage ranges from 6 volts to 50 volts, and the output current is adjustable up to 1.2 amps.
The MT7201C+ has a built-in power switch and a high-side current circuit, and uses an external resistor to set the average LED current. The ADJ pin receives analog dimming and PWM. There is a PWM filter circuit, and the rising edge of the PWM filter circuit realizes the function of soft start. by adding an extension between the ADJ foot and the ground. When the voltage of the ADJ is lower than 0.2V, the power switch is turned off, and the MT7201C+ enters the standby state with extremely low operating current. The MT7201C+ is available in a SOT89-5 package.
