CA Series Automotive and Industrial Clock Oscillators CA32C12503HLT/CA32C5003HLT

The CA series of automotive and industrial clock oscillators are designed for automotive, industrial and commercial military/aerospace applications requiring a wide operating temperature range. Manufactured on a TS16949 certified production line, the CA series devices are AEC-Q200 qualified, PPAP compliant, and operate over the standard automotive temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. Available in a hermetically sealed ceramic SMD package, each model in the family provides CMOS outputs, 15 pf load drive capability, typical 5 ns rise and fall times, and standard pin 1 output enable/disable functionality. Frequency Stability as low as ±25 ppm over -40°C to +85°C, ±100 ppm over -55°C to +105°C for the CA series, and -55°C to + Down to ±100 ppm in the range of 125°C for the CHT series.

The platform supports market segments covering telecom infrastructure, networking, server applications, test and measurement, medical diagnostic equipment, and provides excellent phase jitter performance and extended temperature range for fanless applications.
