Winbond W25Q512JV (512 M-Bit) Serial Flash Image Winbond's W25Q512JV (512 Mb) Serial Flash provides a storage solution for systems with limited space, pin count and functionality. The 25Q series offers flexibility and performance beyond ordinary serial flash devices. They are ideal for mapping code to RAM, executing code directly from dual/quad SPI (XIP), and storing voice, text, and data. The device operates from a single 2.7 V to 3.6 V supply and consumes as little as 1 μA of shutdown current. All devices are available in space-saving packages.
