TS883IST Rail-to-Rail 0.9V Nanopower Comparator
The TS883 is a dual version open-drain nanopower comparator with ultra-low supply current of 250 nA (typ) per channel, rail-to-rail input capability and open-drain output. The performance of the TS883 is suitable for a variety of portable applications by minimizing battery power leakage and extending battery life.
