WHM Series SMT Package Low Noise Amplifier

The WHM series low-noise SMT amplifiers are available in an ultra-wideband standard 6-pin LGA package, with three dimensions: 8.89mm×8.89mm×2.54mm, 7.62mm×7.62mm×1.52mm and 6.35mm×6.35mm×1.52mm. In addition to offering very low noise figure and wide frequency band, these LNA products also feature high linearity and exceptionally low VSWR, with a minimum noise figure below 0.65dB and IP3 up to 34dBm. Different types of products cover the frequency band from 0.02GHz to 4.20GHz. Most of the amplifiers only need to connect a coupling capacitor, so a high-performance LNA amplifier with 50Ω output and input microstrip matching can be designed in a short time.

WHM series SMT power amplifiers (PA) are available in an ultra-wideband standard 6-pin LGA package, and their external dimensions are 5.08mm × 10.16mm × 2.032mm. In addition to providing very low noise figure and wide frequency band, such PA products also Has excellent high linearity and gain flatness. Output power range from 0.5W-4.0W, IP3 up to 50dBm. Different models of products cover frequency bands from 0.001GHz to 3.0GHz. This power amplifier will provide the advantages of convenient PA style, high-capacity package design, minimal form factor, and good thermal performance.
