LED car lamp driver step-down constant current chip OC5011

OC5011 is a high-end current detection step-down high-precision high-brightness LED constant-current driver controller.

OC5011 sets the output current through an external resistor, and the maximum output current can reach 5A; the current accuracy is ±3%; the peripheral needs only a few components to realize the step-down and constant-current drive functions, and the brightness can be realized through the DIM pin control function.

The system adopts the inductor current hysteresis control mode, which has a very fast response to load transients and a high rejection ratio to the input voltage; the inductor current ripple is 20%, and the maximum operating frequency can reach 1MHz.

The OC5011 is particularly suitable for applications with a wide input voltage range from 5.5V to 40V.

OC5011 has a built-in over-temperature protection circuit. When the chip reaches the over-temperature protection point, the system immediately enters the over-temperature protection mode, which will reduce the input current to improve system reliability.

OC5011 has a built-in LDO, its output

The output voltage is 5V, and the maximum current output is 5mA.

The OC5011 is available in a small SOT23-6 package.
