TPS61390 Boost Converter
The TPS61390 can accurately reflect APD currents in the range of 0.5uA to 2mA. For current proportional to the APD current, there are two ratio options: MON1 (4:5) and MON2 (1:5). By connecting a resistor from the mirror output (MON1 or MON2) to GND, the current flowing through the APD is converted to a voltage across that resistor (from MON1/MON2 to GND). The current mirror signal (voltage) can be transferred and stored on a hold capacitor by supporting a sample/hold circuit that is built-in/triggered by an external sample clock. This transfers the voltage on the hold capacitor to the output of the op amp.
