WA series low noise amplifiers are balanced LNAs with built-in TTL full alarm circuit. In addition to very low noise figure and wide frequency band, this LNA also has high linearity and unconditional stability (stiffness coefficient K > 1). The noise figure is from 0.5dB to 0.8dB, and the IP3 is from 30dBm to 40dBm. The frequency bands covered by the amplifier include cellular communication, GSM, DCS, PCS, 3G, MMDS and wireless local area network. The alarm functions include branch 1 alarm, branch 2 alarm, soft failure alarm, hard failure alarm, open collector soft alarm, and open electrode hard alarm.
