Audio sensor MP23ABS1 original spot
MP23ABS1: High performance mems audio sensor. Company advantage inventory.
The MP23ABS1 is a compact, low power microphone with capacitive sensing element and IC interface. The sensing element, capable of detecting sound waves, is produced using a special silicon micromachining process to produce audio sensors. The MP23ABS1 has an acoustic overload point of 130 dBSPL with a typical 64 dB signal-to-noise ratio. The sensitivity of the MP23ABS1 is -38 DBV ± 1dB @ 94 dBSPL at 1 kHz. The MP23ABS1 is available in reflow compliant packages and is guaranteed to operate over a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
