The STSPIN 240 is a dual-brush DC motor driver integrating a low RDS(ON) power stage in a small QFN 3x3mm package. Both full bridges implement an independent PWM current controller with a fixed off-time. The device is designed to operate on battery power and can be forced into a zero drain state, thereby greatly extending battery life. The device provides a complete set of protection functions including overcurrent, overtemperature and short circuit protection.
