Overview

The ME6206A series are high precision, low power, positive voltage regulators manufactured using CMOS technology. These devices deliver large currents with significantly small voltage differences. This series is compatible with low ESR ceramic capacitors, the current limiter's foldback circuit also acts as a short circuit protected output current limiter and output pin. Package SOT23-3
