RP100x series are CMOS based regulator ICs with high output voltage accuracy, very low output voltage accuracy

supply current, low on-resistance and high ripple rejection. These ICs consist of a voltage reference

unit, error amplifier, resistor network to set the voltage, current limit circuit and chip enable circuit.

These ICs feature low dropout and chip enable functions. Line Transient Response and Load

The transient response of the RP100x series is excellent, making these ICs ideal for use in

Handheld communication device.

The output voltage of these ICs is fixed with high precision. Since the package of these ICs is SOT-23-5

and DFN (PLP) 1612-4, so high density IC can be mounted on the board.
