This product is a 2-phase unipolar drive motor driver for self-excitation type PWM constant current control with fixed off time. With the built-in current detection resistor, external parts can be further reduced compared to conventional products. A built-in part of the protection circuit is also provided for motor overheating or abnormality (coil short circuit & disconnection). In addition, it is divided into several series according to "sequence generator" and "rated current", which can be selected according to the motor current used.
