The SMA6823MH product has the following features:

1) 500V/2.5A MOSFET is used to form a three-phase full bridge circuit

2) The pre-driver IC has UVLO (under voltage protection), TD (overheat detection function) and other protection functions and 7.5V voltage regulator output function

3) Put the bootstrap diode of the current limiting resistor in the same package
