nRF52811 Bluetooth® 5.1 SoC
Ultra-low-power multiprotocol SoCs from Nordic Semiconductor with analog and digital interfaces
Nordic Semiconductor nRF52833 Bluetooth® 5.1 SoC Image The Nordic Semiconductor nRF52833 is an ultra-low power multi-protocol SoC with a Bluetooth 5.1 directional capable radio and is suitable for an extended temperature range of -40°C to +105°C. The nRF52833 supports Bluetooth 5.1, Bluetooth mesh, 802.15.4, Thread, Zigbee and proprietary 2.4 GHz protocols. It is the 5th generation of the industry-leading nRF52 ? family and includes high-end features such as full-speed 12 Mbps USB, high-speed 32 MHz SPI, and +8 dBm output power. The nRF52833 is built around a 64 MHz Arm® Cortex® -M4F with 512 kB Flash and 128 kB RAM memory for higher value applications.
The nRF52833 has analog and digital interfaces such as NFC-A, ADC, UART/SPI/TWI, PWM, I2S and PDM. The SoC has a supply voltage range of 1.7 V to 5.5 V (two-level LDO, one DC/DC converter) and can power the device from a coin cell, rechargeable battery, or USB. The nRF52833's extended temperature range up to +105°C, large storage space, and simultaneous multi-protocol support make it an ideal device for a variety of commercial and industrial applications, including professional lighting and asset tracking. The nRF52833's 1:4 RAM to Flash ratio and +8 dBm output power make them suitable for advanced wearables or smart home applications that require robust communications.
