???Product Description

The XTR25410 gate driver family is a very flexible floating driver that can control either PMOS or NMOS transistors (VGS = 5V) and is designed for extreme reliability and high temperature applications. The XTR25410 is designed to drive high side and low side switches by putting The digital input signal is converted to a floating control signal referenced to PVDD-PGND. The driver operates in negative and positive configurations, and the offset between input and output may be between -30V to +35V. The XTR25410 part can be driven directly from any digital output, the voltage is fully short-circuit protected, under-voltage protection is provided by desaturation detection of external transistors after blanking time, soft-shutdown and fault reporting via the ERR pin. The device also includes an error status output that can be used as an enable. Guaranteed full functionality XTR25410 series devices are designed to operate over the -60°C to +230°C temperature range and can operate at temperatures much higher in that temperature range. The XTR25410 series of parts are designed to reduce system cost and simplify adoption by reducing the learning curve and providing smart and easy-to-use features. Parts of the XTR25410 family are available in durable SMD and through-hole hermetic packages as well as bare die.
