The XTR70010 is a family of low power regulators/references designed for extremely high reliability and high temperature applications. The XTR70010 parts can operate from input voltages from 2.8V to 5.5V and can operate at temperatures up to +230°C Delivering 1.5A of current has excellent regulation characteristics down to 1.9V. In addition, it can provide a wide range of output voltages from 0.5V to 3.6V thanks to an accurate current mode bandgap voltage reference, and employs six protection systems to ensure good performance and circuit reliability: UVLO, short circuit Hiccup mode, thermal shutdown, fast output overshoot suppressor, soft shutdown and power supply monitoring in case of poor input decoupling. XTR70010 parts can be used in a variety of applications such as high fanout and low dropout regulators / Voltage references, adjustable power supplies, current sources, and precision bridge excitation. Using special design techniques, the XTR70010 parts can provide reliable, reliable operation in precise snatch-critical applications. Full functionality is guaranteed despite normal operation over a temperature range of -60°C to +230°C.
