The CS8302 is a high-efficiency, ultra-low EMI 3.0W mono Class-D audio amplifier.

The CS8302's filter-free PWM modulation architecture reduces external components, PCB area, and system cost, and simplifies design. Efficiency up to 90%, fast startup time and small package size make CS8302 the best choice for small hand-held devices and PDAs. CS8302's fully differential architecture and extremely high PSRR effectively improve CS8302's ability to suppress RF noise. And saves the BYPASS capacitors of traditional audio amplifiers. CS8302 adopts the original AERC ( Adapt i ve Edge Rate Cont r ol ) technology, which can provide excellent full-bandwidth EMI suppression capability. Without any auxiliary design, it still has more than 20dB under the FCC Part 15 Class B standard. It is especially suitable for applications susceptible to EMI interference such as FM, CMMB, mobile phone analog TV, etc. CS8302 has built-in overcurrent protection, short circuit protection and overheating protection, which can effectively protect the chip from being damaged under abnormal working conditions. The CS8302 is available in a small package for customers to choose from, and is rated for an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
