In 2018, China's integrated circuit industry sales revenue was 653.2 billion yuan, the design industry sales revenue was 251.93 billion yuan (accounting for 38.6%), the wafer industry sales revenue was 181.82 billion yuan (27.8%), and the integrated circuit packaging and testing industry sales revenue The revenue was 219.39 billion yuan (accounting for 33.6%).

In terms of IC wafer manufacturing, according to JSSIA statistics, in addition to the 42 8- and 12-inch production lines currently in normal production in my country's IC wafer manufacturing enterprises, 13 8- and 12-inch production lines were put into operation in 2018, and 8 are under construction. , 15 12-inch production lines, with a total investment of 1.4 trillion yuan.
