Product Description
JW?5015A is a current mode monolithic step-down switching regulator. The input range of JW5015A is 3.6V~40V, which can provide 2A continuous output current and two integrated N-channel MOSFETs. Internal synchronous power switches provide high efficiency without the use of external Schottky diodes. At light loads, the regulator operates at low frequency to maintain high efficiency and low output ripple. Current-mode control provides tight load transient response and cycle-by-cycle current limiting.
JW5015A guarantees stability through short circuit protection, thermal protection, startup current runaway protection and input under voltage lockout.
