JGDFV25/V Bottom Valve Injection Dispenser JGDFV25
The Pure Air Foot Valve Dispense Controller includes built-in regulators and gauges to control the flow of material, with a simple foot-activated design within the protective housing. The unit can deposit a variety of thin or viscous materials such as solder pastes, masking fluids, adhesives, epoxies, RTV, silicones, cyanoacrylates, pigments, inks, oils, lubricants, solvents, and more.
The unit is available with and without vacuum. The vacuum version (GDFV25V) has a built-in vacuum venturi regulator that pulls material back to the dispensing point, reducing dripping and stringing. The back of the unit has a 1/4 female thread and includes a standard male quick connector. The foot pedal has a built-in injection adapter inlet that fits standard 1/4 OD tubing, plus a reducer adapter for 5/32 OD tubing. The device is floor-mounted, contains no electronics, and can be used safely in a controlled environment where electrical power is prohibited. It is ideal for use with material prefilled syringes or for filling empty syringes.
JGDFV25/V comes with pneumatic foot valve and reducing adapter fittings for 5/32 OD tube adapters.
