The TMUX110x is a precision complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor (CMOS) single-pole single-throw (SPST) switch that provides a wide operating power supply from 1.08 V to 5.5 V, making it suitable for a variety of applications from medical devices to industrial systems. The device supports bidirectional analog and digital signals from GND to V DD on the source (S) and drain (D) pins.

The logic control input (SEL) provides a 1.8 V logic compatible threshold to ensure TTL and CMOS logic compatibility when operating within the valid supply voltage range. When SEL is a logic 1, the TMUX1101 switch is turned on. Fail-safe logic circuitry allows the voltage on the SEL pin to be applied before the power supply pin to protect the device from potential damage. The TMUX110x devices feature ultra-low on-off current, low injection current, and low charge injection for high-precision measurement applications. A low supply current of 3 nA and small package options make the device suitable for portable applications.
