Overview

TP5000 is a switching step-down single-cell lithium manganese battery/lithium iron phosphate battery charge management chip. Its QFN16 ultra-small package

Equipped with simple peripheral circuits, the TP5000 is ideal for high-current charge management applications in portable devices. at the same time,

TP5000 has built-in input overcurrent, undervoltage protection, chip overtemperature protection, short circuit protection, battery temperature monitoring, and battery reverse polarity protection.

TP5000 has a wide input voltage, and the battery charging is divided into three stages: trickle precharge, constant current, and constant voltage.
