OPA4325CMOS Operational Amplifier
The OPA4325 precision low-voltage complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor (CMOS) op amp is optimized for ultralow noise and wide bandwidth while operating at a low quiescent current of 650 μA.
The OPA4325 employs a linear input stage with zero crossover distortion and has an excellent common-mode rejection ratio (CMRR) of typically 114dB over the full input range. This input common-mode range extends 100 mV over the positive and negative supply rails. The output voltage typically swings within 10 mV of the supply rails.
Zero crossover distortion combined with wide bandwidth (10 MHz), high slew rate (5 V/μs), and low noise (9 nV/√Hz) make the OPA4325 an ideal successive approximation register (SAR) analog-to-digital converter (ADC) ) of the input driver amplifier. In addition, the OPA4325 has a wide supply voltage range of 2.2 V to 5.5 V and excellent power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) over the entire supply range, making the device suitable for high precision, low power applications in unregulated direct battery operation.
The OPA4325 (quad) is available in a TSSOP-14 package.
