The DV518 model device is derived from the DigiView DV5 family of logic analyzers. The DV518 has a sampling rate of 1 Gsps, twice the fastest sampling rate of the DV3200. The DV518 model features 14 times the storage capacity, a larger threshold range, additional compression capabilities, and USB SuperSpeed communication for automatic switching from store-and-forward to streaming. Like other DigiView models, the DV5 Series features advanced triggering, an input design for handling ±20 V (continuous), and auto-switching hardware compression. Professional capture and analysis software, cables and micro-clamps, and flexible mounts are also included without adding cost.

This latest addition to the DigiView series continues the durability of the DV3 series with an aluminum housing and ESD protection and ground current protection (±12 V ground wire). In addition, high quality connectorized channel cables (strands > 60) are included with a micro grab clip for each channel and ground connection. TechTools' DV518 is ideal for embedded development applications.
