ROHM's SiC Schottky Barrier Diodes feature low total capacitive charge (Qc), which reduces switching losses and enables high-speed switching operations. AEC-Q101-qualified types are also available for automotive PFC circuits and inverters, and they offer breakdown voltages of 600V, well beyond the limits of silicon SBDs.
In addition, high power Zener diodes are available that provide higher surge resistance than competing products, ensuring not only consumer equipment, but also automotive and industrial applications that require higher reliability.
