OPA325IDBVT Low Noise 10MHz, Zero-Crossing Precision CMOS Operational Amplifier
The OPA325 is a precision, low-voltage complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor (CMOS) operational amplifier optimized for ultralow noise and wide bandwidth while operating at a low quiescent current of 650µA.
The OPA325 has a linear input stage with zero crossover distortion and provides an excellent Common Mode Rejection Ratio (CMRR) over the input range, typically 114 dB. The input common-mode range is 100 mV beyond the negative and positive supply rails. The output voltage typically swings within 10 mV of the rail.
Zero crossover distortion, wide bandwidth (10 MHz), high slew rate (5 V/μs), and low noise (9 nV/√Hz) make the OPA325 an ideal successive approximation register (SAR) analog-to-digital converter (ADC) ) input drive amplifier. The OPA325 offers a wide supply voltage range of 2.2 V to 5.5 V with excellent power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) over the entire supply range. This makes op amps an excellent choice for precision, low-power applications that run directly from a battery without regulation. The OPA325 (single channel) is packaged in SOT23-5.
