Voltage Asynchronous Boost Converter TLV61048DBVT
The TLV61048 is a non-synchronous boost converter that provides a power solution for products powered by low-voltage supercapacitors and single-cell Li-Ion batteries. The TLV61048 integrates a power switch with a typical current limit of 3.7 A to extend the discharge capability of the input supply without sacrificing maximum load output.
The TLV61048 converter can be configured for 600 kHz for higher efficiency, or 1 MHz for smaller inductors and output capacitors. At light loads, the device enters PFM operation for higher efficiency. The boost converter has a built-in 2 ms soft-start feature to minimize inrush current. The TLV61048 is available in a 2.9 mm x 1.6 mm 6-lead SOT-23 package.
