The SG73P Surge Tolerant Pulse Power Thick Film Chip Resistor Series features enhanced ESD protection. The SG73P (pulse) has excellent pulse handling performance with a resistance range of 1 Ω ~ 10 MΩ. These resistors have temperature coefficients (TCRs) of ±100 ppm/K and ±200 ppm/K with tolerances of ±0.5%, ±1%, ±2%_, and ±5%. The size and power rating of the SG73P series are 0402 (0.2 W), 0603 (0.33 W), 0805 (0.5 W), 1206 (0.75 W) and 1210 (1 W).
