ACNT-H3435A Gate Drive Optocoupler ACNT-H343-000E
The ACNT-H343 is a 5A gate drive optocoupler in a 15 mm SSO-8 package designed for high voltage, space constrained industrial applications including 690 VAC motor drives and 1500 V solar inverters.
The Common Mode Transient Immunity (CMTI) of the ACNT-H343 exceeds 100 kV/μs, preventing false gate driver fault alarms in noisy environment applications. The device minimizes propagation delay and is three times faster than the previous generation device, thus enabling high frequency switching and improving the drive efficiency of IGBTs (insulated gate bipolar crystals) and SiC/GaN MOSFETs.
