NCP171AMX180175TCG ON Semiconductor NCP171LDO Regulator
The NCP171 is a dual-mode LDO that provides up to 80 mA in active mode and as low as 50 nA I Q in low-power mode. Dual-mode functionality is selectable via the ECO pin, allowing both active and low-power It dynamically switches between power consumption modes and is ideal for long-life battery-powered wireless applications. The output voltage in low power mode can be reduced by an internal factory programmed value of 50 mV, 100 mV, 150 mV or 200 mV relative to the nominal output voltage in active mode. This feature further reduces application consumption in sleep mode. The NCP171 features an ultra-low IQ (SLIQ) LDO family with ultra-low quiescent current of 50 nA in a small XDFN4 1.2 x 1.2 package.
