ADC120IPT 12-bit analog-to-digital converter

ST's ADC120 is specified for conversion rates of 50 ksps to 1 Msps and tested at 1 Msps

Image of STMicroelectronics ADC120IPT 12-bit A/D Converter STMicroelectronics' ADC120 is a low-power, 8-channel pure CMOS 12-bit analog-to-digital converter with a conversion rate of 50 ksps to 1 Msps and a test rate of 1 Msps. The architecture is based on successive approximation registers with an internal sample and hold unit. The ADC120 has 8 single-ended multiplexed inputs. The output serial data is straight binary, compatible with SPI™. The analog and digital supplies operate from 2.7 V to 3.6 V. The 3.3 V nominal supply consumes as little as 6.6 mW. The ADC120 is available in plastic TSSOP-16 and can operate from -40°C to +125°C ambient temperature.
