illustrate:
The MSK4323 is a 20 amp high temperature smart three-phase bridge with output switches rated for 100 volts. This output switch is a power MOSFET with an intrinsic fast recovery diode for motor free-spinning current. driver. This high temperature smart motor driver module is compatible with 5V CMOS or TTL logic levels. Internal circuitry prevents simultaneous turn-on of inline half-bridge transistors with built-in 2µs dead time to prevent shoot-through. Undervoltage lockout shuts down the bridge when the supply voltage reaches the point of incompleteness.
Turn on the output switch. The internal high side boot power supply from the +15 volt supply completely eliminates the need for 3 floating independent power supplies for the high side driver. The circuit has been tested at temperatures above 175°C with a special high temperature construction process.
Brand description
VCC - is the low voltage supply for all internal logic and drivers. 0.1µF ceramic capacitors and 10µF tantalum capacitors are recommended to bypass.
For VCC-VSS pins. vss - is the return pin for the low voltage power supply and the input logic return reference. All logic inputs and logic outputs reference this PIN. The voltage range of this pin is ±5 V
without affecting any logical functions. a_hin, b_hin, c_hin - are low active logic inputs used to signal the corresponding phase high side switch to open. Input levels are 5V CMOS or TTL compatible. a_lin, b_lin, c_lin - are low active signal inputs. The low-voltage side switch of the corresponding phase is turned on. Input levels are 5V CMOS or TTL compatible. Fault - is the point at which an open-drain logic output pin is enabled when the VCC level falls below the cutoff value, or an overcurrent condition occurs. Bringing VCC back to normal levels will reset the fault. Removing the overcurrent condition and allowing the low-side logic input to remain high (off) for 10µs will resume operation. ITRIP - is an analog input pin used to sense current flow. Pass a sense resistor from the ISENSE pin to high power ground. 0.5V at this pin about vss will signal an overcurrent status, enable the fault pin and turn off all output switches.
Bringing the voltage below that point (100 mV hysteresis) will remove the fault output and leave the low side logic input high (not active) at the same time
10µs will resume normal operation. V+ - is the high voltage positive rail of the bridge. Appropriately bypassed to VSS with sufficient capacitance to suppress any voltage transients and ensure that any droop should be removed during switching. As close as possible to the pins on the hybrid. Isense - is the return side of the bridge. A sense resistor can be connected between this point and vss, that is the high voltage negative rail. Floating 5 volts up and down the speed sensor pin will maintain proper operation. Care should be taken to ensure that this voltage does not exceed ±5.
