C5138 is a built-in 90V power MOS high-efficiency, high-precision switching step-down high-power LED constant current driver chip.

OC5138 adopts fixed frequency PWM working mode, the typical working frequency is 140KHz.

The OC5138 adopts the average current detection mode, so it has excellent load regulation characteristics.

OC5138 integrates the high and low brightness function, which can be switched between high and low brightness through the MODE port. MODE is suspended for high light mode, MODE connected to high level is low light mode with 1/2 current.

The OC5138 also integrates a VDD voltage regulator and an over-temperature protection circuit to reduce peripheral components and improve system reliability.

The OC5138 is available in an ESOP8 package. The heat sink is built into the SW pin.
