General Instructions

The AME8805/8813 series of linear positive regulators feature low quiescent current (30 mA typical) and low decay voltage, making them ideal for battery applications. The space-saving SOT-89, SOT-223 and SOT-23 packs are attractive for "pocket" and "handheld" applications. These rugged devices have thermal shutdown, and current foldback to prevent device failure in "worst-case" operating conditions. The AME8805/8813 have a stable output capacitance of 2.2 degrees Fahrenheit or higher.

Detailed Description
