The ADR380 and ADR381 are 2.048 V and 2.500 V precision bandgap voltage references, respectively, featuring high accuracy, high stability, low power consumption, and small size. Using a patented temperature drift curvature correction technology, the non-linearity of voltage changes with temperature can be minimized. The wide supply voltage range and low power consumption make these devices ideal for 3 V to 5 V battery powered applications.

The ADR380 and ADR381 are micropower, low dropout (LDV) devices that provide a regulated output voltage from a supply that is only 300 mV above the output voltage. Both devices are specified over the industrial temperature range of ?40°C to +85°C and are available in a small 3-lead SOT-23 package.
