The TLV62569 device is a synchronous step-down DC-DC converter optimized for efficient and compact solutions. The device's integrated switches are capable of delivering up to 2A of output current.

Under moderate or heavy load conditions, the device operates in pulse-width modulation (PWM) mode with a switching frequency of 1.5MHz. Under light load conditions, the device automatically enters Power Save Mode (PSM) to maintain high efficiency over the entire load current range. In shutdown, current consumption is reduced to less than 2µA.

The output voltage of the TLV62569 is adjustable through an external resistor divider. Internal soft-start circuitry limits inrush current during startup. In addition, other features such as output overcurrent protection, thermal shutdown protection and power good output are built in. The device is available in SOT23 and SOT563 packages.
