The TLV521 is a 350nA nanopower op amp from TI's family of value-performance nanopower op amps. The TLV521's Complementary Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor (CMOS) input stage is designed to achieve an ultra-low Ibias of 1pA, reducing IBIAS and IOS errors that can affect sensitive applications such as megohm resistors, high resistance photodiodes, and charge sensing . In addition, built-in electromagnetic interference (EMI) protection reduces the device's susceptibility to unwanted radio frequency (RF) signals from cell phones and RFID readers.
The TLV521 is available in a 5-lead SC70 package and operates over the –40°C to 125°C temperature range.
