The OPA 334 and OPA 335 series of CMOS operational amplifiers utilize auto-zero technology while providing very low bias voltages (5V max) and near zero drift over time and temperature. These tiny, high precision, low quiescent current amplifiers offer high input impedance and rail-to-rail output swing. Single or dual supplies are available, down to +2.7V (±1.35V) and +5.5V (±2.75V). These op amps are optimized for low voltage single supply operation.

The OPA 334 family includes off mode. Under logic control, the amplifier can be switched from normal operation to a standby current of 2 A, and when the enable pin is tied high, the amplifier is active. Connecting an enable low disables the amplifier and places the output in a high impedance state.

The OPA 334 (single version with the machine) has a tiny SOT23-6. OPA 335 (single version without shutdown) is available in SOT23-5 and SO-8. OPA 2334 (closed dual version) is available in the miniature MSOP-10. OPA 2335 (unclosed dual version) is available in MSOP-8 and SO-8 packages. All versions are specified for operation between -40°C to +125°C.
