The TAS5754M device is a high-performance, stereo closed-loop amplifier with an integrated audio processor with PurePath® Hybridge Flow architecture. To achieve digital to analog conversion, it employs a high-performance DAC with Burr-Brown mixed-signal heritage. It requires only two power supplies: a DVDD for low-voltage circuits and a pvdd for high-voltage circuits. It is controlled via a software control port, using standard I SC communications. In the home, the TAS5756M adopts traditional BD modulation, which guarantees low distortion characteristics. The TAS5754M uses 1 SPW modulation to reduce idle current generation and slightly higher distortion.

The unique Hybridge Flow architecture allows system designers to choose from several configurable DSP programs specifically designed for popular audio end devices such as Bluetooth (BT) speakers, sound bars, docking stations, and subwoofers. This combines the flexibility and fast download times of a fully programmable device with an easy-to-use fixed-function ROM device.

The best combination of thermal performance and device cost is provided in the 90mΩ RDS(ON) of the output MOSFET. In addition, a thermally enhanced 48-terminal TSSOP provides excellent operation in the high temperature environments found in modern consumer electronic devices.
