The TLV237x single-supply operational amplifiers feature rail-to-rail input and output. The TLV237x operates from a minimum supply voltage as low as 2.7V over the extended industrial temperature range, while adding rail-to-rail output swing characteristics. The TLV237x can deliver 3MHz bandwidth from currents as low as only 550µA. The maximum recommended supply voltage is 16V, which allows the device to operate from a variety of rechargeable batteries (supplies from ±8V down to ±1.35V are supported).
The CMOS input characteristics for high impedance sensor interface and low voltage operation make it an ideal replacement for the TLV227x in battery powered applications. A rail-to-rail input stage further enhances its versatility. The TLV237x is the seventh device in TI's rapidly growing RRIO offering and the first to feature excellent AC performance and support up to 16V rails.
All products in this series are packaged in PDIP and SOIC, single-channel devices in small SOT-23 packages, dual-channel devices in MSOP packages, and quad-channel products in TSSOP packages. The TLV237x operates at 2.7V and is compatible with Li-Ion battery powered systems and the operating supply voltage range of many of today's micropower microcontrollers, including TI's MSP430.
