The CC 2591 is a low power and low voltage high performance RF front end for 2.4GHz wireless applications. The device is a range extension of all existing and future 2.4GHz low power RF transceivers, transmitters, and system-on-chip products From TI.CC 2591 the link budget is increased by providing a power amplifier for increased output power and an LNA with a low noise figure for improved receiver sensitivity. Housed in a 4 mm x 4 mm QFN-16 package, the device features a small footprint, high output power RF design.
